How to appeal the decision of the Territorial Defense Center on the revocation of driver's licenses: lawyer's explanation.

Lawyer Tetiana Kozachenko said on the air of Den.LIVE about how the law affects individuals who evade mobilization.
According to her, the driver's licenses of evaders can be revoked, but the final decision will depend on the court. It is important to note that some citizens have exceptions when the vehicle is critically important for life or professional activity.
'Only judicial practice will show how the mechanism of revoking licenses will actually work,' Kozachenko emphasized.
Kozachenko noted that currently there is no established judicial practice on this issue.
It is important to note that a person has the opportunity to appeal the decision of the territorial defense in court if they can prove the necessity of using the vehicle. In each case, the court will make an individual decision.
