Russia's Attack on Kyiv - Number of Injured Increased.


On the night of July 21, Russian troops launched a massive strike on Kyiv. As a result of the hostile shelling, the number of injured continues to rise.
The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachенко, reported this on Telegram.
Tkachенко noted that the morning in Kyiv began with another massive attack. Russia again targeted civilian infrastructure and residential areas of the capital.
One person was killed as a result of the Russian strike on Kyiv on July 21. Seven others were injured. Among the injured is a child with polytrauma.
Additionally, six districts of the capital were affected by the hostile shelling. The most strikes occurred in the Darnytskyi District — there, a kindergarten, a supermarket, warehouses, and other non-residential buildings caught fire.
In the Shevchenkivskyi District, a multi-story residential building was damaged. Windows were shattered, and apartments were wrecked due to the shock wave and debris. The entrance to the 'Lukyanivska' metro station was damaged.
In the Solomianskyi District, an administrative building was partially destroyed, and warehouses caught fire.
Minor damages were also recorded in the Holosiivskyi, Dniprovskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi Districts, mainly due to falling debris.
'The most painful are the human losses. Unfortunately, one person has died. Seven others have been injured. Among the injured is a child with polytrauma.'
'A long and tense day lies ahead. But all services are on the ground. We are in constant communication with district leaders, eliminating the consequences and helping the victims.', Tkachенко summarized.
Shelled Kyiv Region - What We Know About the Consequences
In the Kyiv region, as a result of the Russian attack on July 21, damages were recorded in two districts of the region.
According to KOVA, throughout the night, the enemy attacked the Kyiv region using a combination of drones and rockets. The alarm lasted almost 10 hours.
There are no casualties among the population. The effects of the enemy attack are being recorded in two districts of the region:
- In the Vyshgorod District, farm buildings and a vehicle were damaged;
- In the Fastiv District, three private houses, two vehicles, and storage facilities of one enterprise were damaged.
It should be noted that on the night of July 21, powerful explosions resonated in the capital as the Russians attacked the city.
It later became known that Russian occupiers struck the 'Lukyanivska' metro station in Kyiv.
