The 'Return of Ukrainians' program in Poland

The state enterprise 'Ukrainian Defense Industry' (UOP) has begun implementing the 'Return of Ukrainians' program in Poland. This program is aimed at Ukrainians who want to return to Ukraine and find work in defense sector enterprises. This was reported by the agency 'Glavkom', citing the company's press service.

We have conducted extensive preparatory work at the company and at our enterprises, and we are also in touch with leaders of the Ukrainian community in Poland, civil and volunteer organizations, the Ministry of National Unity of Ukraine, and the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland. Our task is to provide decent conditions for the return of our compatriots and to show that their professional qualities are needed for our defense

Noted the Director of the Human Resources Management Department of Ukroboronprom, Andriy Vereshchaka.

Currently, initial meetings and interviews with job candidates in Poland are taking place at the representation of 'Ukroboronprom'. In the future, it is planned to open online interview formats to attract more candidates from various regions.

The situation of Ukrainian refugees in the European Union

Recently, sociologists revealed an unexpected barrier to the return of Ukrainian refugees home. According to the Rating company, 30% of Ukrainians have a certain cold attitude toward refugees. This may affect the future situation regarding their return.

In addition, Ukrainian refugees observe negative attitudes towards themselves on social media, which complicates their desire to return.

Analyzing the material, it can be seen that the idea of the 'Return of Ukrainians' program is very important for supporting compatriots abroad. However, issues regarding the attitude towards refugees are serious and may complicate the implementation of this initiative.
