And here appears this sour cream dessert with cheese and seasonal fruits that will surprise you with its ease of preparation. The main thing is - no oven needed! Simple, quick, delicious - just how we love it.

The author of this recipe is Smachnenke, who shared the secret of this quite easy dessert.

You will need:

• cheese - 350 g (any fat content);
• sour cream - 400 g (any fat content);
• sugar - 160 g;
• vanilla sugar - 10 g;
• instant gelatin - 25 g;
• cold water - 70 ml;
• strawberries - 250 g;
• bananas - 2 pcs;
• lemon juice - 2 tbsp;
• white chocolate - 30 g (for decoration, if desired).

Method of preparation

In a deep bowl, place cheese and sour cream. Add regular and vanilla sugar. Beat everything with a blender until absolutely smooth, creamy consistency.

Soak the gelatin in cold water and leave it to swell. Meanwhile, cut the strawberries and bananas into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice, and mix.

Carefully melt the swollen gelatin over a water bath or in short bursts in the microwave. Do not bring to a boil. Add to the cheese mixture and mix thoroughly. Take a detachable form or a pastry ring with a diameter of 16 cm. Lay a layer of fruits at the bottom, then pour the cheese mass and level the surface.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours until completely set. Before serving, decorate with white chocolate or leave as it is.
