The 'Diia' launches an updated military conscription booking portal from December 1: what has changed.

Updated booking process for employees through the Diia portal
Starting from December 1, Ukraine will launch an updated process for booking employees through the Diia portal. The Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy, has presented new rules for enterprises.
This was reported by the official Telegram channel of 'Diia'.
Now booking is done exclusively in electronic format without paper orders. This will make the process as transparent and fair as possible.
Clear conditions have been set for enterprises: the average salary must be at least 20,000 hryvnias, which is 2.5 minimum wages. An important requirement is the absence of tax debts, as well as the need to confirm the criticality of the enterprise by February 28, 2025.
Employers gain new opportunities: booking is done exclusively through Diia, and new employees can be booked provided their salary is confirmed to be from 20,000 hryvnias.
An interesting social effect is that taxes from one booked employee for a year can ensure the maintenance of one soldier — approximately 1.2 million hryvnias.
The project is being implemented with the support of international partners, including USAID and UK Dev, with the Eastern Europe Foundation as a partner.
It is important to emphasize: booking for unconfirmed enterprises will be valid only until February 28, 2025. The Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasizes that the new mechanism will ensure a balance between economic stability and the defense capability of the state.
