  • Black peppercorns - 10–12 pcs;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Water - for boiling;
  • Gelatin (if needed) - 5 g per 1 l of broth.

How to cook:

Fill a large pot with water, add the pork hock and chicken meat so that they are completely covered. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam.

Add the onion, carrot, pepper, bay leaf, and salt. Cook on low heat for 5–6 hours until the meat separates from the bones.

Half an hour before finishing, add the minced garlic.

If you are unsure about the aspic setting, you can use gelatin, dissolving it in warm water for 7–10 minutes beforehand.

Then shred the meat into fibers, arrange in molds or deep plates, and pour in the strained broth. After cooling, place in the refrigerator until fully set.
