The former commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykola Oleshchuk reported the death of his wife after a long illness. He wrote on Facebook that this is a great loss for him, as his wife was the closest person to him.

Condolences were expressed by the wife of the former commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Olena Zaluzhna and the former Deputy Minister of Defense Hanna Malyar. Details about the wife's death are not disclosed, but it is known that they had two children - a daughter and a son.

Among other losses, deaths of soldiers and their relatives have also been recorded. Earlier, military serviceman Serhiy Dobrovolskyi passed away, as well as the mother of the founder of the Azov Regiment, Olena Anatoliyivna.
