Europe is acting too slowly to stop Putin - Estonian Foreign Ministry.

Europe needs to act faster to protect Ukraine from Russian aggression, said Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna.

Margus Tsahkna expressed readiness to assist Ukraine after a ceasefire. However, he expressed his frustration at the slow formation of a coalition of 10,000 peacekeepers in Ukraine.

'Our common goal is a lasting and just peace, but for this Europe must act faster and more decisively than before. The biggest obstacle to peace is Putin and his aggression,' the minister stated.

Margus Tsahkna supports the United Kingdom and France in holding discussions about security guarantees for Ukraine and is ready to play an active role in these discussions. He also hopes that the new U.S. administration will continue to support NATO, but Europe must take more responsibility for the protection of Ukraine.

'Europe must take greater responsibility for providing security guarantees to Ukraine, while U.S. involvement remains important,' he emphasized.
