China, Russia and Iran to Conduct Joint Military Exercises.

The Chinese Ministry of Defense has announced the conduct of naval exercises 'Security Belt-2025' involving Iran and Russia. This was reported by the Chinese defense department.
The military exercises will take place near the Iranian port of Chabahar in the Gulf of Oman to ensure security in this important energy transport corridor.
During the exercises, servicemen will practice courses such as attacking a maritime target, searching and capturing an enemy, damage control, and joint search and rescue operations.
The Chinese Ministry of Defense noted that the joint exercises with Iran and Russia will help deepen military trust and practical cooperation between their armed forces. This will be the fifth joint naval exercise since 2019.
Furthermore, the Chinese Ministry of Defense stated that the exercises will emphasize non-traditional security aspects. Activities are planned along an important strategic route for energy transports.
The exercises will involve the destroyer 'Baotou' and the supply ship 'Gaoyouhu' from the 47th escort task force of the Chinese Navy.
It is worth noting that China's special envoy for European affairs, Lu Shaye, expressed surprise at President Donald Trump's behavior towards American allies in Europe. He stated that the issue of a peace agreement for Ukraine should not be decided solely by the USA and Russia.
