Trump's team signed a transfer of power document with the Biden administration - Media.

The transition team of newly elected U.S. President Donald Trump signed a memorandum on the transfer of power with the Joe Biden administration.
This information is reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing Axios.
It is noted that the agreement grants the new administration access to necessary information from federal agencies, which will help it prepare to take over the management of the country.
According to Axios, the timeline for the transfer of power is intended to ease the management change process. However, Trump's team missed scheduled dates - September 1 and October 1 - for signing agreements with the General Services Administration and the White House.
Currently, the transitional period for Trump and the newly elected U.S. Vice President Jay D. Vance will be funded by private funds, and sponsors will be publicly disclosed according to the terms agreed upon on Tuesday.
The agreement also stipulates that Trump's team will not use government buildings and equipment provided by the General Services Administration. This may raise concerns given the recent hacking attempts, including those targeting presidential campaigns.
The terms laid out by Trump's team contradict some established procedures and protocols that have been used for decades in the transfer of power.
However, such situations have occurred before. For example, Trump refused to declassify intelligence information when he became the Republican presidential candidate. He claimed he did not want to be accused of leaking information.
Suzie Wiles, head of Trump's administration, stated: 'This interaction allows our expected cabinet nominees to begin critically important preparations, including deploying teams across all departments and agencies, and successfully transition to new management.'
Max Stier, president and CEO of the Partnership for Public Service, which oversees the Presidential Transition Center, emphasized that signing the agreement is 'a positive step toward a successful transfer of power.'
He added: 'This agreement provides direct access to information from federal agencies, which is critically important for the new administration's readiness to begin governing on day one and is crucial for a successful transition.'
