Passports for Citizens Living Abroad
According to Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Head of the President's Office, passports have begun to be issued to Ukrainian male citizens aged 18 to 60 years who live abroad and submitted documents by April 25, 2024.
The State Migration Service explained what documents men must present to obtain passports abroad.
Ukrainian male citizens aged 18 to 60 years, who submitted documents for passport manufacturing by April 25, 2024, at the State Enterprise 'Document', will be able to receive their passports abroad without additional documents.
Corresponding notifications with the date, Time, and place of issuance will be sent in the order of document submission.
The State Migration Service provides information about such citizens to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and they are automatically registered for military accounting without undergoing a medical commission.
For Ukrainians abroad who submitted documents by April 25, 2024, this means they can receive their produced passports.
This decision will also facilitate the registration for military accounting for men who submitted documents by April 25, 2024, at the State Enterprise 'Document' and help implement their rights.
