Recipe for special syrniki - the best way to use cherries.


These syrniki have an unusual filling - juicy cherries inside that add a special flavor to the dish. They are fragrant, soft, and golden brown, making them a wonderful dessert for every day.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 500 g (approximately);
- baking soda - a little less than 0.5 tsp.;
- salt - a little less than 0.5 tsp.;
- sugar - 2 tbsp.;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour;
- cherries in their own juice;
- oil for frying;
- powdered sugar for decoration.
Cooking Method
In a deep bowl, mix the cottage cheese with soda, salt, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Add flour and knead a soft dough.
Dust the working surface with flour. Pinch off portions of the cheese mixture about the size of a large spoon, forming patties.
Place a few cherries in the center of each patty, pinch the edges, and form balls. Join both balls together so that the cherries are inside.
In a heated frying pan, fry the syrniki until golden brown on both sides. Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
