Employers will have 72 hours to reserve: TCK will not wait.

Military conscripts will have the opportunity to reserve through 'Diya' after February 28, 2025, but this must be done within 72 hours.
This was reported by people's deputy Oleksandr Fedienko on his Telegram channel.
According to him, company leaders will be able to submit an application for the reservation of employees within 72 hours via the 'Diya' portal. At the same Time, territorial centers for recruitment will have the right to mobilize these military conscripts during this period.
The deputy noted that currently the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1332 is in effect, which made amendments to resolution No. 76. According to the document, the current reservation from mobilization is valid until February 28, 2025.
Fedienko expressed concern regarding the mechanism of reservation until February 28 and reported on the preparation of relevant requests to the Cabinet of Ministers to improve this issue.
It is recalled that it was previously reported that the TCK allegedly received the ability to cancel the deferral from mobilization for employees of critically important enterprises, even if they are officially reserved. The situation creates a serious problem for critical enterprises, as it is practically impossible to return a mobilized employee.
In the context of these events, a conflict arose in Mykolaiv region due to the mobilization of a reserved employee, which caused significant resonance and concern among strategically important enterprises.
It is also worth noting that partially fit men must appear at the TCK for military-medical commission, which is part of the overall process of checking military conscripts.
