Turkey feels the consequences of the war in Ukraine - intelligence.


The head of the National Intelligence Organization of Turkey, Ibrahim Kalin, reported that his country has suffered from the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
During the Munich Security Conference, he noted that the resolution of the war should be achieved through negotiations.

Kalin emphasized that due to Turkey's geographical location, the country has been directly affected by events occurring in both the Middle East and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. He also highlighted the importance of peace for stabilizing the global economy and stated that the conflict must be resolved through negotiations.
Kalin pointed out that security in the Black Sea is significant not only for Turkey but for the whole world.
The head of the National Intelligence Organization of Turkey held multilateral meetings and participated in intelligence sessions at the Munich Security Conference.
Kalin added that the Turkish intelligence continues its work in the context of transitioning from a 'bipolar' to a 'multipolar' world. He also stressed the active work in the areas of combating terrorism, illegal migration, and cybersecurity.
