Ukraine Still Lacks a Development Document — Hetmancev Explained.

The head of the Financial Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Danylo Hetmancev, stated that thanks to the conference on the recovery of Ukraine in Italy, a coalition has been formed. This coalition should work with the government to develop a recovery plan.

Hetmancev also reminded that the original recovery plan was presented in Lugano in 2022, when he was still the secretary of the Council for the Recovery of Ukraine. This plan envisaged significant investments in the country's development, but, unfortunately, was not formalized into a real document.

Hetmancev believes that the participation of the President of Ukraine in the conference may stimulate the government to develop a specific plan that would indicate the path for the development of Ukraine in all areas.

It is worth noting that journalist Halyna Ostapovets summarized the conference in Rome, and the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov reported that Ukrainian interceptor drones are actively used in the confrontation with Russian drones.

The Government of Ukraine, together with the recovery coalition, intends to develop a recovery plan for the country, emphasizing the importance of this task after the conference on this topic in Italy. Presenting the plan could be a strategic step for the further development of Ukraine, conditioned by the importance of government support for real projects.
