Zelensky held a meeting of the Staff in Zaporizhzhia: focus on air defense and front stabilization.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky made a working trip to the Zaporizhzhia region, where he reviewed the situation at the front and visited the first modern educational institution in the region, located in a shelter.
On the Day of the Ground Forces, the head of state personally congratulated the servicemen of the 65th separate mechanized and 27th rocket artillery brigades, presenting them with state awards. The president expressed special gratitude to military medics at the stabilization point in the Zaporizhzhia direction for their professionalism.
During a meeting with commanders of various branches, a decision was made to implement changes in the military training system. In particular, it is planned to scale effective training experiences directly in combat brigades and increase funding for the purchase of drones, allowing units to independently choose the necessary models.
In Zaporizhzhia, the president held an off-site meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff, where issues of air defense and front stabilization were discussed.
'We need real peace, and therefore, we must be really strong for this,' emphasized Volodymyr Zelensky.
A significant event was the opening of the first modern school in a shelter, designed to educate a thousand children. According to the president, similar institutions are planned to be built in other frontline regions. Next week, negotiations will take place with partners regarding strengthening Ukraine's air defense system.
