On April 19, 2025, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully attacked the facility from which enemy occupiers launched strike drones in the vicinity of the settlement of Tyotkino in the Kursk region. This was reported by the General Staff.

According to representatives of the General Staff, this object was used by the enemy for the training, equipment, and launch of reconnaissance, strike, and FPV drones. As a result of the attack by the Ukrainian forces, up to 20 drone operators were eliminated.

General Staff representatives emphasize that this strike is a response to Russian actions against the Ukrainian army. The Armed Forces of Ukraine will continue to destroy elements of the occupiers' military infrastructure and will punish them for committing war crimes.

Previously, in the vicinity of the settlement of Tyotkino in Kursk, soldiers from the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine destroyed an enemy position where important satellite equipment was located.

It is also worth noting that the battalion of drone systems of the 63rd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine recently destroyed a rare experimental reconnaissance drone used by the occupiers, named 'Merlin-VR'.

Additionally, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the radar equipment of the Russian occupiers in the Belgorod region.

We again emphasize that the Defense Forces of Ukraine attacked the 'Engels' airfield in the Saratov region of Russia, where strategic aviation based that carries out strikes on Ukraine.

The 'Engels' airfield is an important base for the strategic aviation of the Russian Federation, where Tu-95MS, Tu-22M3, and Tu-160 bombers are located, as well as warehouses with bombs and guided aerial bombs, cruise missiles.
