Occupiers struck the port of 'Yuzhny', damaging a civilian vessel.

A Ukrainian vessel with corn was damaged due to a Russian attack on the port of 'Yuzhny'
On the night of October 7, Russian military forces once again hit the Ukrainian port of 'Yuzhny', damaging the civilian vessel Paresa. This is the 20th civilian vessel that has been damaged due to attacks from Russia. The vessel was transporting 6,000 tons of Ukrainian corn for export. All 15 crew members, citizens of Egypt and Syria, remained unharmed.
Ukraine's Vice Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba stated that these attacks are aimed at damaging the Ukrainian maritime food corridor and undermining global food security. Russia constantly claims that it hits military cargoes, but in fact, all attacks are directed at civilian objects.
Even under constant shelling, the Ukrainian maritime food corridor continues to operate around the clock. Over the past year, more than 70 million tons of cargo have been exported, with more than 2,500 ships departing from Ukrainian ports to countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe.
The National Resistance Center also reported that Russian occupiers have once again removed Ukrainian grain from Mariupol. The damage from Russia appropriating Ukrainian grain is estimated at over 30 billion hryvnias.
