Pensioners asked Vodafone about benefits after tariff increases: what the operator replied.

Vodafone Ukraine provides uninterrupted internet access during power outages, but raises tariffs
The telecommunications operator Vodafone Ukraine has reported that their service Vodafone Gigabit Net can operate for up to 72 hours without electricity supply thanks to powerful backup systems. However, the company has simultaneously raised tariffs, causing dissatisfaction among subscribers. It was particularly noted the absence of special tariff plans for pensioners.
According to company representatives, Vodafone's technology outperforms competitors since only one switch needs to be reserved for 40-50 houses. This means that the equipment in the house does not require recharging.
However, users express dissatisfaction due to the tariff increase and the inability to contact the support operator. The company replied that they can be contacted via the support line, chat in the mobile app, or private messages on their Facebook page.
Tariff increase and its explanation
The company explained the tariff increase as a necessity to increase investments in telecommunications infrastructure to maintain service quality. This increase also applies to other major operators, including Kyivstar and Lifecell.
Utility consumers are outraged by the rise in utility tariffs, as this may have serious consequences for the population.
