On the resilience of Ukraine and support for soldiers: Zelensky made a number of statements.

Internal Resilience Plan of Ukraine: heroes and their support
Today, an extended interagency meeting was held to develop the internal Resilience Plan of Ukraine, particularly the policy for heroes, as reported by Volodymyr Zelensky in his video address.
Representatives of the Ministry for Veterans Affairs and other government officials participated in the meeting, discussing the development of mechanisms for state support for defenders of Ukraine.
As a result of the meeting, key areas of work were identified, including the implementation of support programs for military personnel, preserving the memory of the war, honoring the heroism of the Ukrainian people, and planning post-war support for the military.
'Ukrainians daily prove with their courage and resilience that they can stop Russia. The same qualities are expected from our partners,' the statement emphasizes.
It is important to note that the internal Resilience Plan is closely related to the Victory Plan presented to international partners. Ukrainian soldiers demonstrate their strength and ability to defend not only their own country but also the entire continent of Europe every day.
