Some Ukrainians have a week to avoid penalties from the TCC.

Lawyer Roman Kichko stated that some men have a week left to contact the territorial recruitment center and avoid a fine of up to 25,000 hryvnias in case of changes in personal data.
This was stated by the lawyer during the broadcast of 'Ukrainian Radio' on July 7.
According to the military registration requirements, conscripted individuals must inform the territorial recruitment center about any changes to their personal data. This includes not only phone numbers and places of work but also other information such as address, marital status, job, education, disability, etc.
- address;
- change of marital status;
- change of job;
- achieving a certain level of education;
- acquisition of disability and others.
If a conscript does not inform the TCC of changes within a week, he faces a fine.
'If the duty to report changes is not fulfilled, administrative responsibility ensues', Kichko said.
Fines for violations of mobilization legislation range from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias.
We also remind that students with deferment from mobilization are not obliged to undergo military medical commission, as lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan reported.
The Ukrainian lawyer warned men about possible fines for failing to comply with the requirements regarding changes in personal data in military registration, emphasizing the need to timely and correctly report all changes related to their personal information.
