The US will not give even the unoccupied territories to Russia
US Vice President Jay D. Vance stated that Russia cannot expect to receive territories of Ukraine that it has not even occupied yet. He mentioned this in an interview with Fox News.
According to Vance, the United States will not allow the Russian government to count on getting territories that it has not yet conquered. Vance also noted the US's readiness to exit negotiations if Russia conducts them in bad faith.
'I would be concerned if we concluded that the Russians are negotiating in bad faith. And if that happens, yes, we will exit the negotiations,' he emphasized.
The Vice President also highlighted diplomatic progress in the negotiations regarding the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine. He believes that the proposals being made by both sides indicate some progress in resolving the situation.
