Ordering cards from PrivatBank — customers were warned.


In the state financial institution 'PrivatBank', they explained how to reorder credit, debit, and premium cards in the 'Privat24' online banking system. They also provided a list of signs when it is better to refuse the received card and order a new one.

What you should know about the delivery of PrivatBank cards
Currently, until December 31, 2025, customers can reorder a card through 'Privat24' both in Ukraine and abroad. After this date, the service will cost 80 UAH in Ukraine and will depend on the country abroad.
If the order is made in Ukraine, the card will be delivered the next day via 'Nova Poshta'. For foreign orders, the delivery Time for the card may be 7–14 days through 'Nova Poshta' or 7–30 days through 'Ukrposhta'.
You can order the following types of cards:
- 'Universal' card;
- 'Universal Gold' card;
- payment card (pension, social payments);
- payment card Gold;
- 'Key to the account' card;
- premium card.
When you need to return the delivered card
When receiving the card, check for any damage to the packaging. Cards are usually delivered in a polyethylene bag or in the original packaging of 'Nova Poshta'.
If the packaging is damaged or there are other problems, do not activate the card. The bank will be able to replace it.
Some reasons for returning the card may include:
- damaged packaging;
- damaged envelope with the card;
- damaged bag with a sticker;
- absence of the bag;
- other issues.
If you notice such problems, call the hotline at 3700 or contact the 'Online Help' chat.
'We will record your complaint and forward it to the relevant department. You will just need to reorder the card through Privat24,' the bank representatives noted.
