Zelensky approved the composition of Ukraine's delegation in Rome.

The first Deputy Prime Minister, who will lead the Ukrainian delegation at the reconstruction conference, will be Yulia Svyrydenko. The event is scheduled for July 10-11 in Rome. This was reported in the order of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky No. 94/2025-rp.

The members of the delegation from Ukraine:

• Yulia Svyrydenko — First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy of Ukraine, head of the delegation;
• Herman Haluschenko — Minister of Energy;
• Vitaliy Koval — Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food;
• Olexiy Kuleba — Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister for Communities and Territories Development;
• Serhiy Marchenko — Minister of Finance;
• Andriy Sybiha — Minister of Foreign Affairs;
• Herman Smetanin — Minister for Strategic Industries;
• Olha Stefanishyna — Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Minister of Justice;
• Mykola Tochitskyi — Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications;
• Rustem Umerov — Minister of Defense;
• Mykhailo Fedorov — Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education Development, Science and Technology, Minister of Digital Transformation.

The main task of the delegation will be to coordinate and participate in the work of the conference aimed at the restoration of regions and infrastructure affected by Russian aggression. Earlier, a meeting will take place in Italy where issues of Ukraine's recovery will be discussed. People's Deputy Volodymyr Kreidenko emphasized that the reconstruction of the country after the war is of great importance and should not be limited to mere formal construction.
